C.N.: 105 083 289), a wholly owned Australian Company, makes available for your use on this website (the "Site") information, documents and products (collectively, the "Materials"), subject to the terms and conditions set out in this document (the "Terms & Conditions"). By accessing or using the Site, including any of the services we provide ("Services"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Broadcastroom may change these Terms & Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion. Your use of the Site will be subject to the most current version of the Terms & Conditions posted on the Site at the time of such use. In addition, the use of particular Materials or Services may be subject to any additional posted guidelines or rules applicable to such Materials or Services in addition to these Terms & Conditions. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. If you breach any of these Terms & Conditions, your authorisation to use this Site automatically terminates.
PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY
Broadcastroom is the sole owner of the information collected on the Site, and takes reasonable steps to ensure that it is accurate, complete and up-to-date. Broadcastroom will not sell, share, rent or otherwise use or disclose this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in these Terms and Conditions and/or authorised or required by law.
In order to use certain sections of the Site, a user must first register. During the making of such an application, a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the Materials and Services on the Site for which they have expressed interest. Broadcastroom in its sole discretion may refuse any registration or suspend access to a registered user or firm without warning or explanation at any time. Broadcastroom provides no warranty that access will be provided at all times. Broadcastroom retains the right to request further information from any applicant for registration and may refuse access until that request is complied with. After providing access Broadcastroom may choose to terminate access at any time.
We request information from the user on our order forms. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and mailing address) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill users' orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
By proceeding with registration and/or an order, a user of the Site is taken to have consented to the use of information collected on registration and/or an order form for the purposes of direct marketing by Broadcastroom.
With both the information collected on registration and an order form, the provider of the information may be entitled to gain access to that information by contacting Broadcastroom. Broadcastroom may take action to advise an individual of the contents of these Terms & Conditions, if information collected on a membership application form and/or an order form relates to but was not provided by them.
We use Internet Protocol (IP) addresses to analyse trends, administer the Site, track user's movement, and gather broad information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
We may share aggregated information with our business partners. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
The Site contains links to other websites. Please be aware that Broadcastroom is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other websites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave the Site to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by the Site.
Broadcastroom takes reasonable steps to protect personal information held from misuse and unauthorised access, modification and/or disclosure, whether it has been submitted and/or held by Broadcastroom online or off-line. Broadcastroom takes reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de identify personal information held, if it is no longer needed for any purpose for which the information may be used or disclosed under these Terms & Conditions.
When registration or order forms ask users to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption software. The transfer of sensitive information from your machine to the Broadcastroom server is made using the SSL protocol with 128-bit encryption.
All use of our users' information is restricted to authorised personnel. Only those employees and contractors who need the information to perform a specific job (eg. accounts staff) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

Broadcastroom are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
As with refunds in general, we ask that you please choose carefully before making your purchase, as we do not normally give refunds on services already payed for if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
